Version 2.4 arrives June 12 with new region, resonators, and more
Kuro Games dropped a brand-new trailer for Wuthering Waves during the Summer Game Fest 2025 live showcase, giving fans a sneak peek at both past gameplay highlights and upcoming content. The update arrives just after the game’s first anniversary, and players can expect major additions when Version 2.4 launches on June 12.
The new patch will introduce two new resonators, Cartethyia and Lupa, as well as a brand-new region, Septimont. Expect new echoes, gameplay features, optimizations, and time-limited events as well. You can catch more on the upcoming patch via Kuro’s recent livestream.
Wuthering Waves is a free-to-play, open-world action RPG known for its fluid movement, fast-paced combat, and rich sci-fi lore. It’s available on multiple platforms and features dynamic PvE battles, deep story content, and exploration-focused gameplay.
