After a weekend of login frustrations for some NARAKA: BLADEPOINT players, the issue affecting the Microsoft PC client has now been fully resolved. The developers confirmed the fix in an official update today and have rolled out a generous compensation package for those affected.
Players had reported being unable to log in via the Microsoft Store version of the game over the weekend, locking them out of key modes and time-limited events. According to the team at 24 Entertainment, the issue has now been fixed thanks to close coordination with Microsoft.
As an apology, players impacted by the outage will receive a set of in-game rewards when logging back in.
Compensation for Affected Players
If you were among those affected by the Microsoft PC client login issue, you can now claim the following:
- Illusion Treasure Choice Gift ×4
- Battlepass EXP ×7200
- Showdown Pass EXP ×7200
- Dice ×16
- Wild Dice ×8
These items can be collected by logging into your account. The rewards are designed to help players catch up on missed progress, unlock cosmetic options, and stay competitive in ongoing events.
