umble Choice’s May 2025 lineup brings a solid variety of games, though cloud gamers on GeForce NOW will find it’s a month of halves. While the top row of this month’s bundle is fully streamable on GFN, the bottom row leaves cloud users waiting or wishing.
Let’s break it down.
✅ Playable on GeForce NOW
The upper half of May’s Humble Choice selection is a win for GFN subscribers. These four games are fully supported and can be streamed right now:
- The Thaumaturge – Deluxe Edition: A stylish supernatural RPG set in early 20th-century Warsaw. A perfect fit for fans of narrative-driven titles with a twist of mysticism.
- Amnesia: The Bunker: One of the most terrifying entries in the Amnesia series. Set in a WWI bunker, it blends survival horror and emergent gameplay.
- Evil West: A supernatural third-person shooter where you take down vampires in the wild west. It runs well on GFN with great visuals.
- Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew: A stealth strategy gem from the creators of Shadow Tactics. It’s a must-play for anyone craving smart, tactical gameplay in a pirate fantasy setting.
These four games can be claimed via Steam and played instantly via GFN — great value for subscribers.
❌ Not (Yet) on GeForce NOW
Things get a bit more limited on the bottom row. As of now, these four games are not available on GFN:
- Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes – The long-awaited JRPG spiritual successor to Suikoden. No GFN support yet, despite strong demand.
- Star Wars: Bounty Hunter – A classic brought back, but not currently available for cloud play.
- Ultros – A psychedelic sci-fi metroidvania that’s visually wild, but not on GFN.
- Corpse Keeper – A gothic tactical roguelike with stylish presentation, but again, no GFN listing so far.
Unless these titles are added later (and it does happen), you’ll need local hardware to enjoy them.
Verdict
It’s a mixed month for GeForce NOW users. Half the games are instantly playable and quite strong picks — particularly Shadow Gambit and The Thaumaturge. But the other half, while appealing, doesn’t support cloud streaming at the moment.
If you’re a Humble Choice member and cloud-first gamer, it’s still a decent haul — just know that you’ll be tethered to a PC for a few of this month’s offerings.
