A playful walking sim with unique controls and GeForce NOW potential
Bambas!, the upcoming walking simulator from DevilishGames, is officially launching on Steam on June 27, 2025. The game has also opted into GeForce NOW, indicating a possible future appearance on NVIDIA’s cloud platform.
If you’re unsure what that means, our guide on what opting into GeForce NOW really means breaks it down clearly.
What Is Bambas!?
Inspired by childhood exploration and the rhythm of city streets, Bambas! turns walking into a game of skill and curiosity. Using both analog sticks and triggers, players control each sneaker independently — balancing, dodging, jumping, and improvising through hundreds of light-hearted challenges in a detailed Mediterranean town.
The game features a non-linear structure, character interactions, environmental storytelling, and unlockable sneaker customisation, making it a creative sandbox as much as a walking sim.
Will It Come to GFN?
The Steam version has opted into GeForce NOW, and while this doesn’t guarantee support at launch, it’s a promising step. Previous games from DevilishGames have not appeared on the service, so this could mark their first. Given the game’s structure and focus, Bambas! would be a natural fit for portable cloud play.
