Civilization VII is a turn-based 4X strategy game where you guide your civilization from the dawn of history into the far future. Built on a new Legacy system and dynamic Ages, Civ VII rewards smart expansion, city planning, and diplomatic maneuvering.

The game receives regular updates that add new map types, rebalance leaders and civs, and enhance quality-of-life across all platforms. Update 1.2.1 introduced the Pangaea Plus map, increased the multiplayer player cap, and fine-tuned several leaders like Pachacuti, Hatshepsut, and Friedrich.
