It’s a packed GFN Thursday with nine new games added to GeForce NOW, a 40% off Day Pass deal, and some demos now streamable. Here’s the full list of new additions, along with a quick look at each title and where you can play them.

- Dune: Awakening – Steam
- MindsEye – Steam
- Kingdom Two Crowns – Xbox / PC Game Pass
- The Alters – Steam / Xbox / PC Game Pass
- Lost in Random: The Eternal Die – Steam / Xbox / PC Game Pass

Frosthaven Demo
One of the highlights of Steam Next Fest is now playable in the cloud. Based on the legendary board game and created by X-COM’s Julian Gollop, Frosthaven delivers dark tactical RPG action in a frozen fantasy world. The demo lets you try out turn-based battles, character classes, and both solo and co-op play without installing anything.
We’ve already covered the Frosthaven demo launch earlier this week, and it’s great to see it arrive on GeForce NOW right alongside Steam. The full release is still to come, but this preview is already impressive.
Dune: Awakening
After hitting early access last week, Dune: Awakening is now open to everyone. This massive survival MMO drops players onto Arrakis and lets them battle sandworms, fight for spice, and build alliances across a shared world. Think Conan Exiles meets Planetside, but in the Dune universe.
It’s already been available to Deluxe buyers for a few days, so this isn’t a fresh GFN addition, but it’s now unlocked for all Steam players. It’s worth testing through GeForce NOW if your system struggles with large open-world games — performance can be a killer on lower-end setups.
MindsEye
MindsEye is the mysterious single-player action game tucked inside Everywhere — and now it’s also a standalone release. Developed by Build A Rocket Boy, this cinematic sci-fi thriller blends GTA-style worldbuilding with a darker, story-driven tone.
You don’t need to own Everywhere to play MindsEye — just grab it from Steam and start streaming. It’s a decent surprise for GFN this week and a good optionfor fans of experimental story games.
Kingdom Two Crowns
A minimalist strategy gem with pixel-art charm, Kingdom Two Crowns has you explore and expand a side-scrolling realm while defending against nightly attacks. It’s now available to stream via Xbox cloud (and PC Game Pass) for those who prefer a laid-back management challenge.
With its focus on exploration, upgrades, and subtle storytelling, this one’s a perfect fit for cloud play — no twitch reflexes required, just smart resource use and a crown to protect.
The Alters
Launching June 13, The Alters is the latest from This War of Mine developers 11 bit studios — and it’s already confirmed for GFN on both Steam and Xbox. The twist: you’re stuck alone on a hostile planet and must clone alternate versions of yourself to survive.
Expect a mix of base building, personal drama, and decision-making that spirals quickly into ethical dilemmas. This is a big, polished indie release and one of the week’s most exciting additions.
Lost in Random: The Eternal Die
Lost in Random returns with a brand-new chapter, The Eternal Die. This expansion revisits the gothic, dice-based action of the original with new levels, enemies, and weapons. You can pick it up on Steam or Xbox and play via GFN.
If you missed the base game the first time around, this might be your excuse to roll the dice again. Its unique combat system — half real-time, half RNG — still stands out.
Firefighting Simulator: The Squad
Time to gear up and hit the firehouse. This sim is exactly what it says on the tin — a co-op firefighting game where teamwork, tools, and tactics are key. It’s been around for a while on PC, but now you can stream the Xbox version too.
With real licensed trucks, authentic procedures, and some genuinely tense missions, it’s more serious than silly, but surprisingly fun with friends.
JDM: Japanese Drift Master
Drifting games are a niche, but JDM embraces the vibe completely. Cruise around rural Japan, fine-tune your car, and master the corners in this sleek, Unreal-powered racer. The open world format adds depth beyond the typical track-based experience.
It’s still in early access, but performance through GeForce NOW is smooth — a good way to see if it’s worth sticking with long-term.
Hellslave
Turn-based dungeon crawling meets occult apocalypse in this dark, stylish RPG. You’ll explore cursed catacombs, make pacts with demonic forces, and battle your way toward salvation — or damnation. It’s heavy on atmosphere and tactical depth, but light on hand-holding. If you want a smaller-scale RPG with a heavy metal flair, Hellslave is worth a spin and it is free on Steam at the minute.
Don’t Forget – Gears of War Reloaded Might Be Next
Earlier this week, the official Gears of War account announced a “Reloaded” remaster multiplayer beta, and we broke down its confirmed GFN status in this article. With Gears 5 already streamable, it would make perfect sense — and we’re watching closely for confirmation.
Wrapping Up
From Steam Next Fest previews like Frosthaven, to full launches like The Alters and MindsEye, this week’s GFN update offers serious variety. Whether you’re in the mood for driving, deck-building, co-op firefighting or tactical survival, there’s something worth checking out.
And if you haven’t tried premium cloud gaming yet, Performance Day Passes are 40% off right now, giving you 24 hours of RTX-enabled gaming for just $2.49. Not a bad way to test what GeForce NOW is capable of.
Stay tuned — we’ll keep tracking more major releases and surprises all month long.
