Anno 117: Pax Romana just confirmed its release date with a trailer that’s hard to forget — featuring Roman statues literally bursting into song. Ubisoft’s next major builder launches on 13 November 2025 for PC and consoles, with pre-orders now open via Ubisoft’s store.
While it hasn’t opted into GeForce NOW just yet, Ubisoft has a strong track record of supporting the platform, and we fully expect Anno 117 to make its way to the cloud by launch.
Rule provinces, shape legacy
Developed by Ubisoft Mainz, Anno 117: Pax Romana casts you as a newly appointed governor in the heart of the Roman Empire. Your job? Expand, stabilise, and civilise several provinces ranging from Latium’s sunlit cities to the damp, wild lands of Albion.
The trailer sets the tone with musical flair, but the gameplay promises layered city-building, resource management, and tough decisions — all set during the Pax Romana, a period of uneasy peace that hides deeper tensions.
The biggest Anno yet
Ubisoft is calling this its most ambitious Anno game to date — and one of the largest Roman-themed strategy games ever built. Expect a blend of exploration, trade, diplomacy, and empire-spanning logistics, brought to life with next-gen detail and system depth.
Expected to be playable on GeForce NOW via – Ubisoft Connect, Steam, and Epic
