Developer Render Cube and publisher Toplitz Productions have revealed the next major update for Medieval Dynasty, arriving June 26 on PC and current-gen consoles. Titled “Plant a Tree,” the update focuses on giving players more freedom over their village layout — and it’s launching alongside two brand-new DLCs: Echoes of Nature and Medieval Dynasty Soundtrack Vol. 2.
Move Buildings, Plant Trees, Build Your Dream Village
The Plant a Tree update introduces the long-requested ability to freely move trees and buildings. Using a new “Move Mode,” players can reposition homes, workshops, and more with a simple hammer tap, enabling full village redesigns without demolishing structures. Additionally, while cutting trees, you may now obtain seedlings to plant anywhere — letting you bring greenery and life to your ideal settlement layout.
Echoes of Nature DLC Brings Dynamic Seasonal Decorations
Launching the same day, the Echoes of Nature DLC adds a wide range of plant-based and stone decorations. Shrubs will bloom in spring, flourish in summer, shift hues in autumn, and gather frost in winter. These dynamic visuals respond to the in-game seasons, making your village feel more alive than ever. Decorations can be purchased from merchants and planted wherever you choose, giving your surroundings even more personal flair.
Soundtrack Vol. 2 DLC Delivers Over 2 Hours of In-Game Music
Medieval Dynasty Soundtrack Vol. 2 includes 39 tracks across three themed albums:
- Three Bards Album – Six upbeat, tavern-style songs inspired by medieval folk tunes.
- Special Themes Album – Sixteen atmospheric tracks tied to characters, locations, and key events.
- Gameplay Music Album – Seventeen pieces meant to accompany exploration, village life, and combat.
The full collection is available in MP3 and WAV formats, with a total runtime of 2 hours and 26 minutes.
Playable on GeForce NOW – Steam / Epic / Xbox
